We will work with your ideas, and assist you in designing a menu to reflect your creative desires.
Much of your rental expense can be avoided with our large inventory of essential equipment. Within our per person price we include menu consultation, general co-ordination of your additional rental needs and kitchen staff. There are no hidden costs or surprises.
Organic fruits and vegetables have their own special allure, and our menus are first and foremost a celebration of these ingredients. The sweet perfume of a perfectly ripe melon, the silky sheen of deep purple eggplants, the glorious red of summer tomatoes and the lacy greens of lettuce please the eye and delight the spirit. Bringing this abundance into our kitchen presents the delectable challenge of creating dishes to enhance the taste, colors and textures of our harvest.
